Cartagena de Indias is probably the most touristic city in Colombia. Travelers from around the world plan a trip to this historic city on the Caribbean coast. Its fortresses and walled city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. The sea breeze running among its ancient and colonial buildings make for a very romantic atmosphere.
